UNSOLVED PASSAGES   

               

                                 PASSAGE-1 


(i) Margot described the sun as  a Flower in her poem , a flower which blooms only for one hour .She also states that it was like fire , burning bright and yellow , truly  beautiful in it's presence.

(ii)The children began to dislike her and taunt her. One of the boys started playing jokes with her.

(iii)Margot's classmate behaves her coldly or with jealously,because they have hardly experienced the sun at all and will likely remain on Venus for the rest of their lives while,
Margot may be lucky enough to go  the earth.They used to bullied her and locked her up in a closet.

(iv) Margot kept herself quiet  inspite of the rude behaviour the children showed towards her.When children teased her, she never reacted. She just stood there blinking after them, and never chased them to follow. 

(v) The light of the sun was a new phenomenon for the children. The sun looks like a marvelous with a flaming bronze with very large and bright light. They could feel the sun on their cheeks like a warm iron.

                                                            PASSAGE - 2 


(i) When the sun came out childrens have never experienced it before .They took their jackets and let the sun burn their arms.They feels the sun on their cheeks like a warm iron.

(ii) The teacher said to the children that she will let them play and enjoy in the sun and warned them  not to go too far. 


(iii)The children said about the sun that the sun is like a lemon, fire boll etc. They took off their jackets because they wanted warm their arm from the sun.


(iv)They ran among the trees,slipping,falling and pushing each other.They played games like hide-and -seek and tag. Most of the children do that they squinted at the sun until their tears ran down their faces.


(v) Children have been  running  since an hour.They stopped running when they heard the girl wailed.


                                                              PASSAGE - 3 


(i) The girl held out her hand to the other children to show a huge single raindrop in her opened palm.

Childrens Sees in her hand a huge single raindrop.

(ii)The children began to walk back when a few drops of rain fell on their cheeks. Their smile vanished away because the sun faded and a cold began to blow.


(iii)A boom of thunder startled the childrens. So they tumbled upon each other and ran.


(iv)The children stopped in the doorway and closed the door to escape the rain. They heard the gigantic sound of the rain falling in tons.


(v) One of the children remembered Margot and cried the name of  Margot. She said that Margot was still in the closet where they had locked her. They stood as if someone had driven them, like so many stakes, into the floor. They looked at each other and then looked away


                                                               PASSAGE - 4 


(i). When it began to rain heavily, one of the girls reminded the other girls about Margot whom they had locked in the closet. They regretted their action. They could not meet each other's glances. So their faces became pale and solemn.


(ii)  When it began to rain heavily, one of the girls reminded the other girls about Margot whom they   had locked in the closet. Their faces became solemn and pale. They  regretted their action and so they looked at their hands and feet, their faces down.


(iii) It means that when other children were enjoying in the rain and when the rain stopped one of the girl remembered about Margot and she told that she had locked her in closet so, they reminded but no one moved and when one of the girl asked to move then all other followed ,they went and unlock the room.


(iv)  When it began to rain heavily, one of the girls reminded the other girls about Margot

whom they had locked in the closet. But no one moved towards the closet to let Margot out. Then one girl asked the others to move on towards the closet and let Margot out.

(v) Margot had been hidden in a closet. The children unlocked the door of the closet and let Margot out.



                                                               PASSAGE - 5 


(i) Suddenly noise and sharp movement which is associated with negative movement startled the children.


(ii) When cold wind began to blow , the children turned back and started to walk towards the underground house.


(iii) Students asked the teacher that whether the sun would take another seven years to come back again.


(iv)   One of the children gets the muffled cry because she remembered about Margot that she was locked in the closet and she missed the sun


(v) The children were nervous when they walked towards the closet because they had locked Margot there . After seeing the enormous ball of fire , the sun they understood that Margot was right in here description of the sun and because they had been jealous of her they locked her up and then she couldn't see the sun for which she had waited for so long . The children felt guilty of what they had done to Margot.
